The East Hudson Youth Soccer League cordially invites your
club’s teams to the 28th Annual Jim Slater Memorial Indoor Tournament.
This year’s tournament will be held at The Net.
The fields have a surface of Field Turf.
ALL AGE GROUPS WILL PLAY ON A 50 YARD x 40 YARD FIELD
Two Fields being used with plenty of
spectator seating in between!!

Registration fee for U9, U10 &
U11 $325.00
Registration fee for U12, U13, U14
& U16 $325.00
The deadline is December 19, 2008.
If sent after that date, add $25.00.
Make Checks Payable to:
1st and
12 Players per Roster maximum. 12 Trophies per team maximum.
Participation Medals for U9, U10 and U11 Players.
Tournament is open to all USSF Affiliated teams.
This includes USYSA and US Club Soccer affiliated teams.
Premiere Teams who abide by the Aug. 1 – July 31
registration year will be required to play up one year.
Premiere Teams who abide by the Jan. 1 – Dec. 31
registration year will NOT be required to play up one year.
3 Guest Players allowed with proper guest player paperwork.
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A VALID
We will play a round robin format.
Top two teams in each division play in Championship Match!
Teams will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
We must receive your check to hold a spot for you in the
tournament.
There is a no
refund policy.
Tournament will
not be canceled for weather related reasons.
The tournament committee reserves the right to make any
changes necessary to insure fairness to all participants.
